I can make your search for a home very efficient & easy than if you were to try and just look on your own.

As a REALTOR I have access to numerous search criteria that the public doesn’t have access to. I can set up a custom search that will notify you as new listings that match your search become available and when price adjustments have been made. If you wish to change anything in your search it only takes me a minute to revise.

I will walk you through the whole process from start to finish and be available for you even after move in day.

I am familiar with the Rent-to-Own program and know investors that can help those that don’t quite qualify for a mortgage but would like to get into a home that they want sooner than they would if they were to try and qualify on their own.

I service areas to 45 minutes from Red Deer including Penhold, Blackfalds, Lacombe and Sylvan lake to name a few.  Whether it’s a farm, acreage, single family home, or investment property I can help.

It’ my job to arrange viewings on any homes for you whether they are MLS listings, for sale by owners or new home builds. I arrange appointments to see homes from as little as one to as many as you’d like.  I’m committed to help as long as you need, whether it’s days, months or a couple years. Never feel like your being a bother as I enjoy what I do!

This is my first time buying a home. Where do I start?

This question is easily answered with a phone call to help determine what information you need. The first step is to see a mortgage professional to see whether you qualify for a mortgage. Things to consider when qualifying is determining whether you have good credit, enough down payment and secure income. See my services page for some mortgage broker contacts.

After you’ve been pre-qualified and know how much of a home you can qualify for I can help you search for that perfect home quite efficiently. Unlike the public search on realtor.ca I have access to numerous search criteria (rv parking, legal suites, age of homes etc.). As well I can set up a customized search that will instantly flag new listings or price reductions for homes on the market so you’re not constantly having to check online.

As you find homes you like I can arrange for viewings from as little as one to as many as you are comfortable seeing at any given time. I will show you what to consider when looking at homes like the age, location (for amenities & value), potential repair and maintenance items if any, features and the value of the home and what to consider with condos, mobiles, and acreages. Never feel like you have silly questions or taking up my time as you’ll find I’m easy to chat with and usually quite available to address all your needs!

I'm thinking about selling my home. What do I need to do?
When thinking about selling your home consider your needs and talk to a real estate agent. They will discuss with you about the current market value of your home, the process of getting it ready to be listed, marketing it and the sale process.  Much needs to be considered when getting your home ready, decluttering, staging, decorating, cleaning and making any necessary repairs. Pricing it right for the market is crucial when you want to get your home sold quickly for the most amount of money possible. Attracting potential buyers with the right marketing strategy is important as well. From getting an offer to negotiating though to acceptance and a firm sale your agent will help facilitate and guide you every step of the way.
I'm interested in income properties. What do I need to know?
There are a number of different investment strategies if you are considering an income property. The most common one is to purchase and rent out the home. Having an agent that is familiar with cashflow and returns is important. Many people don’t consider what might affect profit and cashflow in a long term rent and hold property. An experienced agent will educate you and help you find the right property to give you the best return.
What do i need to consider when choosing a Real estate agent?
